What do ALL Business Owners need to grow their business?

Business Owners and Entrepreneurs are busy, leaders, creative, and hard working. These busy, hardworking, creative geniuses often miss a step while growing their business. We start out doing it "all", creating this beautiful business from scratch. Once that beautiful business gets rolling, we keep trying to do it all. This were we need to start outsourcing. In some instance this means hiring employees, but what I am talking about it your business' financial health, unless you have a background in accounting, you could be doing your self more harm then good.
Time
What is your time worth? If you aren't an accounting expert, like most, keeping up on your books is a time sucking task. Outsource! A bookkeeper can do the work, in less time! Saving your precious time, is worth a lot!
CashFlow is King
What is the killer of growing businesses? Cashflow! Sure, you know that you have money coming in, and have expenses. But if you really want to grow your business, you have to have a good control on the pulse of your cashflow, and budget for growth. Who better to assist you in your growth, that an expert.
Employee vs. Contractor
Do you really want to hire an employee and have payroll? Bookkeeping is the hard, why hire an employee to keep track of, also, you have to worry about payroll, employer taxes, time off? Ugh. You can afford more service from your bookkeeper as a contractor, vs. an employee.
Simplify your processes, and focus your attention on growth. You aren't saving yourself money by trying to hack your way through it. Hire an expert, and really see your business as an investment.
